This is an explanatory note to provide further clarity and certainty to taxpayers, tax agents and the public at large in the application of the Phase 1 of the Tax Administrative Relief Measures announced on 1 April 2020 as part of the overall Government response to COVID-19 and its associated impacts on taxpayers.
